- All Products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the User by the respective Seller may be returned to the Seller in accordance with the terms contained in the respective Seller policy.
- However no Products will be accepted by the Seller if:
- The Products have been damaged by the User
- There is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product
- The product returned is not the Product that was delivered
- Any other circumstances that the Website and/or the Seller may notify from time to time
- In case of returns/Exchange:
- Return/Exchange should be initiated within 15 days of order delivery.
- The tags on the product should be intact.
- The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
- The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
- If the user wants to return the product within 15 days from the delivery date and https://kw.tornado.store does not offer pickup, then the user can return the package using any courier service of their choice.
- In case of return initiated and couriered by the User, if it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to https://kw.tornado.store or was empty, the onus shall be on the User to prove via Proof of Delivery (PoD). Otherwise, refund/exchange may be denied.
- Refunds for courier charges shall be against a valid RVP slip/written confirmation from the courier company.
- In case of discrepancy in reverse pickup status, refund will be initiated only if the User furnishes the RVP slip given at pickup.

https://kw.tornado.store will not be liable for products returned by mistake. In such cases, it is not responsible for misplacement, replacement, or return.
- Size exchange can be availed only once at the special price of an item (only on exchangeable products).
- Once returned or in case of non-delivery, the User may claim refund after deducting courier/other charges. If no claim is raised, refund will not be issued.
- All Products ordered shall be eligible to be replaced if delivered damaged, soiled, or different from specifications. https://kw.tornado.store will accept return/exchange only as per Seller’s policy.
- In case of Size Exchange, the differential amount, if any, shall be forfeited.
- Refund, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased within 15–18 working days. For COD, refund will be via NEFT or wallet.
- For payments made electronically, refund shall be made using the same mode.
- The Website will not be liable for damages, interests or claims due to non-processing or delay beyond its control.
- All Users and Sellers shall comply with all applicable laws (FEMA, Customs Act, IT Act, PMLA, Income Tax Act, etc.).
- Cancellation
17.1. To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In such cases, www.tornado.store reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse service, or reverse charges.
17.2. The User may be considered fraudulent if:
- Doesn't reply to payment verification mail
- Fails to produce adequate documents
- Misuses another User’s phone/email
- Uses invalid email/phone number
- Overuses a voucher code
- Uses a special voucher not tagged to their email
- Returns the wrong product
- Refuses to pay for an order
- Is involved in snatch-and-run for any order
17.3. The User may be considered loss to business if:
- Very high return rate
- Invalid/Incomplete address cases
- Repeated requests for monetary compensation for petty issues
17.4. www.tornado.store may cancel any orders classified as ‘Bulk Order’, including:
- Products ordered for resale
- Multiple orders for same product/address
- Bulk quantity ordered
- Invalid address provided
- Any malpractice to place the order
17.5. If a User raises a complaint for partial item/order:
- Claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- User must provide:
- Short description of the case
- Snapshots of the packet/box (damaged/tampered sides)
- Refund will be processed after investigation
No refund will be issued if the User:
- Fails to provide adequate case info
- Fails to provide snapshots
- Does not claim on the same day if opened delivery was received
- Disposes packaging within 3–4 days (may be needed for investigation)
